With SE / 12 bishop mark London to Ireland addr to William Congreve (a highly prominent English playright), letter includes reference to investigation into the actions of Keeper named James Edmond regarding alleged misdemeanors and breach of trust related to park management and reference to a Major Mountgomery disapproving of the plotting against him.
