1951 (6 Oct) 80th Anniv. of First Hungarian Postage Stamps set of three miniature sheets used on illus. Exhibition regd covers each with separate M/S tied special cancels, two are FDI addr to Italy. Vertical wrinkles but does not detract, nice set 3, SG MS 1199a.
1876-1988 Used collection in a printed DAVO album, good range of defins and commems with odd better 1940s, vals to 1kr, good degree of completion 1950s to 1980s, ideal for expansion.
1908 5a green postal stationery card to Belgium cancelled REYKJAVIK 13.1.09 cds with SHIP LETTER / TROON boxed h/s in black, arrival cds, beautiful cover, fine and scarce. Additional 1937 Paquebot Edinburgh cancel on cover to London.
1951-1975 Mint collection in Minkus printed album with most sets complete, plus UNTEA set to 5g mint, P/S envs and cards, attractive lot.
1854 1a red attractive very large four margined forgery used dotted cancel, fine.
1854 ½a blue two poor examples plus 4a red and indigo x three examples cut to shape, one with 96 numeral cancel. Faults. (5).
1860s Native cover BULDANDA N to Hyderabad bearing 1856-64 ½a blue pair tied CDS and 1st Delivery Hyderabad Aug 9 alongside, faults and splits but fragile native paper envelope. SG 37.
1862 Cover Calcutta to Edinburgh bearing 2a dull pink and 4a black tied octagonal cancels with INDIA / PAID two line boxed h/s in red on obverse, two GPO cds in red and Edinburgh arrival backstamp. Original letter written inside the envelope.
1891-4 Two postal stationery envelopes 2a6p on 4a6p yellow to Freiburg or UK one cancelled COCHIN squared circle, other DEHRA DUN squared circle, both fine. (2).
