1920 (20 Dec) On Active Service Cover sent registered from a private in RASC Mesopotamia addr to Daily Sketch in London and written at the end of the Arab uprising against British Rule in 1920. Stamps on reverse have been removed and London EC / 40 backstamp on arrival.
