1928 (Mar) Rough multi franked cover Leopoldville to USA bearing 11 different values toed cds cancel sent registered and typed top left; Exped: LE RAY JULIEN / Societe SOGOMA / Route de Leo / Kinshasa. This former President of the African Metals Corp assisted the Allied in WW2 by having the Belgian Congo to provide raw materials to the USA.
