New South Wales: 1890-95 20s Cobalt OS overprint with GPO cancel in oval by favour (stamp has original gum) very fine accompanied by 2007 Ceremuga certificate stating , "Genuine in all respects" , from 1895 special printings for presentation / collector sets, the basic stamp having been reprinted for this purpose. A total of 1000 copies were prepared (perf 10 & perf 12) of which 900 were cancelled NSW in ovals with only 158 believed sold and the remainder destroyed, 50 with GPO in ovals and a Specimen handstamp. Fine and scarce.
