1864 Entire Letter in French to Paris unstamped sent Via Panama with 19 chargemark and transit through London to France. Indistinct VALPARAISO dated arc in black on reverse and GB / "f87 5c/10 accountancy mark. Tear and filing folds otherwise sound.
