1861-1921 Yvert and Tellier Album with a nice Belgium collection of mixed mint and used, noted stamps and sets are 1861 1c green mint with no gum and poor margins (SG 12) , 1865 1f lilac used, 1883 set of 4 used (SG 63/66), 1893 full set used (SG 78a/91), all 6 sets from the exhibitions in 1911 (SG109/132). Unpicked and intact, overall nice lot worth viewing.
