POSTMARKS - An extensive accumulation of mainly loose low values in bags some sorted by types incl numbered triangles, a few Posted in Advance for Christmas on paper, dozens upon dozens of 1880 1d lilacs, 1887 ½d vermilion plus some later periods, massive amount to sort and arrange.
QV-GV Useful used assembly on a Hagner page including 1840 2d blue (3 margins), 1841 2d blue f.u. then mostly surface printed with 1867 2s blue, 8d orange sound f.u. (654 numeral), 1880 4d sage-green, 1s orange-brown, 1867 9d bistre sound f.u., plenty of vals to 1s. etc. High cat value. (c40).
Small stockbook with a used range including small qty of 1864 1d penny plates, 2d blue plates (5), surface printed incl 1856 6d lilac, 4d vermilion plates range 7-14, 6d pl.5 & 6, 3d rose plates run pl.4-10, 6d mauve (4), 1s green (3), 2½d rosy-mauve (1), etc.
Spoon Cancel: Balance of a collection including Birmingham (3, 2 soiled), Chester 1857 E on 1d pink P/S env., Liverpool H14 1854, Reading on piece 1d pink embossed. Mixed. (5 + 1 piece).
Spoon Cancel: Bridgenorth, 3 covers 1859 (2) & 1863 1d rose-red tied to covers by BRIDGENORTH 122 spoon cancel B, some faults. Nice trio.
