1928-31 Two greeting PPCs to Princess Elizabeth, Windsor Castle, Windsor with handwritten To Dear little Princess Elizabeth from a little girl in Royston, & Just to wish you a very happy birthday from an admirer and Kings X resident. (2). In 1928 on 21st April she was 2 years old.

1929 PUC 1½d two used examples one showing blob on 1 of 1929 variety, and 1829 for 1929 variety. Both clear, SG Spec. NCom7e, NCom7c. Cat £1000 mint.
1933 & 1936 Buckingham Palace SW1 Mourning headed letters (2) from Edward Bacon (Keeper of the Royal stamp Collection) thanking Mr Allen for the little book of stamps enclosing a cheque for £19.4.0 for two lots kept. The second returns a Mauritius stamp of No.5 type already in the collection. Very fine.
