Derbyshire to Messrs Carson and Co, monogrammed on reverse with RAILWAY POST OFFICE cds. Interesting route from the Newgal estate via horse drawn coach, runner or cart to Ratnapura, then loaded onto the Govt Railway man line where it acquired the RPO b/s, before loading onto the SS Derbyshire.
