Multi franked (tatty) cover with 1860s 10c blue pair and single with additional 5c red cancelled with oval barred postmarks and VALPARAISO / CHILE part d/r cds in red alongside. Sent to Connecticut USA and good strike of N. YORK / STEAMSHIP circular h/s in black on obverse. Very poor with tears and stains. Impressive 35c rate to USA.
