1900 (FE 3-22) Series of eight unaddressed covers (the first a captures OHMS type) bearing the current O.F.S set of seven values to 6d (two from Colesberg with 1s in addition), with mostly very fine multiple strikes of cds or squared circle (Colesberg), demonstrating occupation of Northern Cape by Boer Forces. From Colesberg, Aliwal-North, Barkley East, Venterstad, Lady Grey, Stormberg Junction and Odendaalstroom, odd small faults but a highly attractive and most unusual group, each cover with Bloemfontein on reverse.
