Nova Scotia: 1851-60 3d deep blue with small margins in places, neatly cut with barred oval cancel, minor faults on reverse, SG 2. Cat £225.
Nova Scotia: 1857 6d deep green, four clear margins all round, heavily thinned but two strikes of barred oval cancel neatly struck, colour affected in top right corner, SG 6 Cat £1800.
Small collection of mint and used including Newfoundland 1880-96 to 10c used, Prince Edward Is 1862-72 mint to 12c, Nova Scotia 1860-66 to 12½c mint (1c, 2c & 10c are U/M), plus some extras. Nice little lot. (41).
1855-63 P.B. 4d blue a superb neatly cancelled three full margin example with CGH triangle postmark, very fine for these, SG 6a.
1864 4d deep blue with three margins, mint large partly regummed example, two minor ink spots on obverse, striking colour, SG 19. Cat £350.
1880 3 on 3d pale dull rose heavy mounted mint, part o.g., SG 37.
1887 Wmk Anchor: 5s orange heavily mounted mint, SG 54 Cat £200.
1894 (20 Apr) Large printed envelope to Messrs Malcomess & Co, King William's Town bearing 1d carmine x 2 & 3d magenta x 2 tied EAST LONDON hooded cancels, arrival backstamp. Vertical fold and wrinkles from postal handling. SG 59a & 60.
1985 Steamer set of three very large souvenir sheets (approx A4 sized) each with four stamps and Numbered 1024, 1031, 1030., very fine unmounted mint, superb condition, SG MS 565.
1953-62 Complete set to 10s in lightly mounted mint bottom right corner marginal plate number pairs, 4d is Bradbury imprint pair, very fine, SG 148/161.
