1938 (25 Nov) First Day Cover on plain toned envelope bearing seven different values to 3d tied ST JOHN'S cds regd to Bridgetown, shame about the tone spotting.
SPECIMEN Overprints on four Queen Victoria postal stationery cards and newspaper wrappers. Includes QV 1½d brown reply paid card printed Specimen diagonally on both parts, 1½d brown single card, ½d green & 1d red newspaper wrappers with SPECIMEN diagonally across the centre in black. Nice group of 4 Specimen items.

1919 Wmk CA 10s black bearing full strike of registered oval cancel, applied over skillfully removed SPECIMEN overprint and applied to obscure the original example. Ideal spacefiller, SG 96 var, Cat £4750 as genuine used.
