1938 (1st December) LZ130 1st Sudetenland Flight plain postcard 50pf tied RHEIN MAIN Flug und Luftschiffen cds to Baden with red airship cachet alongside. The airship was staffed by 62 crew members and the Graff Zeppelin II made 30 flights in 11 months in 1938-39 some being propaganda publicity flights with air ministry staff to conduct radio surveillance and measurements in WWII.
