Military Mail : WWII 1941-44 Small group of covers (3) and cards (3) sent by soldiers including two cards showing military caricatures of soldiers; one returning home with a bunch of flowers and the other has two soldiers with their machine guns behind a barricade, one has boxed censor cachet in violet. Fine condition though the covers have been slightly reduced at the right. Unusual group (6)

Small group of 19th Century/early 20th Century covers and Postal cards of various types mint and postally used with 1888 - 98 10p red PC used (4, 2 types, one with hole punch) 1913 10p red PC used , 4p red mint, 1890's 10p lilac 'Retour -Recepisse card mint, later 'lions' 10p red, 20p red & 40p violet PC's all mint & two covers roughly opened both 1913 bearing 10p red (Russian type). Condition is chiefly fine and will write up well (12)

1847 (4th Nov) Entire from Paris to Austria written up on album page (in Dutch) with Paris double ring postmark, cost mark '20 = 12' = '32' in manuscript, (kreuzers) and boxed 'WIEN/4/NOV./EXP' handstamp. Very fine cover with details of the route taken by the mails through Europe.
