1963 Red Cross plain set 3 on London Assurance printed special envelope tied 15 Aug Red Cross slogan cancel, horizontal fold but does not detract. Nice private FDC.
1965 Anniversary of Parliament presentation pack, slight buckling clean and sound, PP6.
1965 Battle of Britain presentation pack, slight buckling clean and sound, PP7.
1966 Robert Burns presentation pack, slight buckling clean and sound, PP9.
1967-1994 House of Lords or House of Commons cancels on First Day Covers odd with typed address mainly unaddressed and both for some sets, mainly 1980s-1990s periods, noted 1977 High values to £5, all different incl House of Lords cds (23), House of Commons cancels (45), nice lot. (68).
1969 Investiture of HRH The Prince of Wales 5d Kings Gate mounted mint showing black omitted with missing value and inscription, bottom left corner perf has been repaired and hinge remains in other corner, SG 802b Cat £500.
1970 1s Anniversaries (3rd series) mounted mint single showing gold omitted with missing head, small gum line otherwise sound, SG 821a.
1971 3½p oilve-grey (2 bands) in an unmounted mint left marginal block of 16, with nine stamps affected by a rectangular sticker that has become affixed entirely pre-printing on the sheet resulting in those affected being a lighter shade, and if the label removed would show part or completely omitted design on the 9 stamps, a most unusual and striking error. Unique! SG X858.
1971 Postal Strike - ENGLISH'S INTERNATIONAL stock of 27 February cancels on imperf 10p Beefeater design some in pairs, some singles all on General Woodwork Supplied Reply paid envelopes or long covers. 70 Covers. High retail potential.
1977-87 Duplicated small stock of used Machin values graded into packets as very fine used, good used, and used, noted vfu for £1.50 (33), £1.41 (7), £1.60 (23), £5 (30+), etc, high cat value for vfu alone is in excess of £500+.
