Danube Shipmail: 1889 Sulina - Tulcea handstamp on 5b blue postal stationery envelope dated 4 July from Galati with cds to Braila cancelled with illustrated Ship and SULINA - TULCEA partial datestamp. Fine and genuine use. Scarce.
