1900 LADYSMITH SIEGE POST OF / Feb 29th 1900: Two line handstamp in blue across three Natal stamps 1d rose (2) & ½d green neatly mounted on paper. The siege of Ladysmith was one of the most famous incident of the Boer War, Lt General Sir George White concentrated his forces at the strategic town of Ladysmith where he was besieged by Boers.
