Wolmaransstad: 1900 Unused envelope bearing 1d rose-red and green with violet Cancelled / V-R-I handstamp affixed to the unused envelope. The envelope flap is imprinted Thomas Leask & Co / WOLMARANSSTAD / Z.A.R. Interesting and scarce. SG 2 Cat £250 mint. Thomas Leask & Co is the company where these stamps were found to the value of £5.2s6d and surcharged between 24th June & 21st July. Scarce and maybe unique combination.
