Collection of mint and mainly used on 22 ring printed leaves with useful seen throughout for most departments but taken 'as found' incl Inland Revenue 1882 to 6d grey used, 1887 6d purple on rose red CDS used (SG O18 Cat £150), EDVII 1902 2½d ultramarine used (SG O22 Cat £275), Office of Works 1892 10d dull purple and carmine used (SG O35 Cat £2250), 1902 QV ½d blue-green mint (Cat £475), ½d vermilion used (Cat £150), 1896 1d lilac pair mint (appears forged cat £100+), EDVII ½d, 1d, 2d & 2½d (SG O36/39 Cat £1485), Army Official QV/EDVII low vals mint, Admiralty EDVII ½d, 1d, 2½d & 3d used (Cat £330), Second ovpt 2½d & 3d (Cat £1350), Government Parcels 1883 9d green (good colour Cat £1200), 1s orange-brown pl.13 mint with ink spots on ovpt part og (SG O64 Cat £1750), 1887 1½d, 2d, 6d & 1s green and carmine, Board of Education EDVII ½d & 1d . Very useful lot with many genuine examples noted, mostly good ovpts, no obvious forgeries but taken as is all the same, huge cat in excess of £13,000. (53).
