1947 UPU Delegation book in French and English for the Paris Congress, includes various photographs and a postal history from the Dockwra, stamps affixed included 1940s pale colour defins, 1939 low values 2/6, 5s & 10s ultr., 1940 Stamp Cent. set, 1946 Victory, Postage Dues 1937-8 set 8 (Cat £290), then some P.O. in Tangier, Postal stationery cards and envelopes, regd env, each glued or affixed to the pages. Marks on the outer cover otherwise fine. Only 296 of these were distributed for the Congress.
