Tied numeral 498 for Manchester & town cancel A 15MY MANCHESTER 1868 38 (CBP 7/20). The front of the cover also has an unclear transit mark for Calais and a red PD mark in a circle (CBP 9/63). Company cancel for Wm. Schaub, Manchester. Reverse with transit mark in red for London PG LONDON FE16 68, A transit mark for Basel BASEL ? 17 V G7 8 and an indistinct receiving mark for Murgenthal.
