1902 (2 Mar) 1d red Postal stationery card to Stellenbosch S. Africa from a Dutch POW at Burtt's Island one of the smaller internment camps for Boer POW (only circa 600 prisoners housed at this Island) written in Dutch asking about the whereabout of Henk that he may be dead or in another camp. Neat PRISONER OF WAR BERMUDA / PASSED CENSOR in blue and PASSED PRESS CENSOR APR 23 boxed in violet.
