Govt Parcels: 1883 - 1897 four stamps presented on a stock card 1½ dull purple and pale green , 2d grey-green and carmine, 6d purple/rose-red and a 1d lilac all used cancelled with rubber circular,cds and oval registered nice fillers for them spaces.
