1971 3½p oilve-grey (2 bands) in an unmounted mint left marginal block of 16, with nine stamps affected by a rectangular sticker that has become affixed entirely pre-printing on the sheet resulting in those affected being a lighter shade, and if the label removed would show part or completely omitted design on the 9 stamps, a most unusual and striking error.
