1902 2/6 lilac very fine used oval registered cancel, very sound and good colour. SG 260.

1902 5/- bright carmine fine used and sound with neat rubber CDS postmark, decent example. SG 263 cat £220.

1904 LEEDS Parcel Post two labels one for Hyde Park Corner nice CDS and 3d pen cancel, other ECCUP (Under Leeds) 1d & 3d with LEEDS roller cancel (stains). (2).

1913 EDVII Registered Postal stationery embossed envelope privately produced by FERREIRA DEEP with 1½d + 3d combination embossed to Germany, tied regd hooded London FS cancels. Nice private cover.

COLOUR TRIAL - EDVII one penny printed in blue on gummed wavy line watermarked paper imperf as printed by Bruckmann of Munich in 1913. Inside a Westminster folder, very interesting.

GANTON two KEVII postcards with very fine squared circle cancels, one is A SP 19 / 05 (with real photo of Ganton Hall) and the other AAP 12 / 08 (illustrated card for Silcock's Cakes and Meals from Ganton, with spike hole in centre). Assigned rarity factor 425 in the Handbook.

LOT1749 GREAT BRITAIN - EDWARD VII

Registered Letter Branch Bristol superb sock on the nose CDS cancel on 4d green and brown dated JU 7 / 04. Very fine and clear.

LOT1750 GREAT BRITAIN - EDWARD VII

Used stock arranged in a group of envelopes for values ½d to 1s used, many nice CDS copies incl couple hundred ½d & 1d low values, then maybe ten of each onwards incl 4d green and brown, 6d purple approx 30+, 5d to 1s in smaller qty. Good cat value, ideal for shade and postmark hunting.
