North Pole: 1909 Frederick Cook USA used PPC showing Polar scene with bears, sleds, US flag and vignette of Dr Cook, believed to have been the first person to reach the North Pole. Couple of dog ears otherwise fine.

Cook was believed to have been the first person to reach the North Pole in 1908, Peary in 1909. Mainly fine.
